JayLynn and Annabelle the NOT REALLY twins, Twins

JayLynn ans Anabelle are "Bestest Cousins"...they were born 6 months apart.

JayLynn loves having Annabelle around. It has been a blessing for Annabelle to be around JayLynn so much to help her adjust to her new life here with school, church, new friends etc.. They are like little twins...except they get along better than most twins. They are constantly together, they really keep each other company. They are so cute to listen to while they are together.

Me and Eva always joke about how they were suppose to be twins but God knew that neither of us could handle having both of them so he sent them to me and her! No really though, they love each other so much they really are kindred spirits!

Basement update

The basement is coming along. We have all the sheet rock done now!! We finished the laundry room except for the baseboards and door, but it is all painted and ready.
We will be mudding, taping and texturizing this weekend and throughout the beginning of the week...next will be the paint, then the tile yay!! We will have it done in no time.
We got the most gorgeous tile for the basement for a great deal so it is going to look so nice down there. I'll keep ya posted!!

We Love Mimi's cafe'

We went to Mimi's last night to celebrate my sister Molly's birthday and my sister in law, Megan's birthday. My sisters Amy, Beth, Koleen, Bonnie, Molly and Eva were there along with Chelsea (friend of the family) Megan (my sister in law) and the little guys, Brigham and Zac.

I love going places with my sisters because we become instant nerds together, We really don't care what the world thinks of us!

As you can see from the pictures we really enjoyed ourselves!! The food was great too!!

Zac the Destroyer

I love my little Zac!! He is so cute!! He is always getting into things!! I can't get mad at him because he is so stinkin' cute!

JayLynn's 6th Birthday party

We were going to celebrate Jaylynn's birthday last weekend but we were all sick. So we did a last minute birthday party with the family here on Sunday night. She wanted a SpongeBob party so my sister Molly made her a crabby patty cake that turned out so cute!! She loved it!! I can't believe my baby is already 6 years old!!

Stay away from our house!!

I have been so sick. Along with the rest of the house hold. I was telling my sister a month ago that we hardly ever get sick at my house. In fact I couldn't remember the last time anyone in my family had gotten ill. So shortly after I said that Savannah came home from school with the stomach flu, then one kid after another got it. Koleen Eva and I got it on the same day which happened to be one of the weeks Then little Zac got the croup, for several weeks he has been ill with one illness after another. When he had the Flu we had to go to the hospital and get him on an I.V. for fluids because he was so dehydrated.

Now everyone here has a horrible cough and sinus cold that doesn't want to go away. We have all had fevers with body aches along with coughing up our lungs. Hopefully we will all feel better soon!!

Can't wait for Spring.....I am SO done with winter!!

Taking pictures

I drove to the Jordan River bridge today to take pictures with my sisters Koleen and Eva. It really is a cool backdrop with the melting snow and overcast skies. My sisters are so beautiful!!

Skating

We went Skating for my friends Melanie's son's Birthday party. I didn't get any pictures of savannah because she didn't hang out with us at all she was too busy off skating with her friends. JayLynn skates so well, I am so proud of her! She had a blast pushing her cousin Zac around in his stroller.

Whats been going on in our neck of the woods!!

So my house has been a little chaotic with all the work we have been doing in our basement the last couple months. It has been a lot of work but well worth it!

My sister Eva and her 4 children are staying in the basement with us for a while. Eva has such great kids, she is so blessed to have them. They are so well behaved. You would think our house would be out of control with 10 people living here but it has gone really smoothly!!

Here are pictures of the basement. We have completely finished two bedrooms with walk in closets,... with a kitchen, bath, laundry and family room to come. The framing is complete along with the rough electric and vents after we get the water lines in the rest will be ready for sheetrock.

We have been so blessed with people willing to take their time to serve and help us to get this done for my sister. It has been so wonderful to know that the Lord truly answers our prayers and most of the time through the services of others! Thanks to everyone who has helped! We truly have witnessed miraculous things through all of this!

New Years Eve party

Sorry it has been so long since I posted last...life has been a little crazy!! On New Year's Eve we had Family over to celebrate. Lots of food and we had so much fun playing Rock band!!
