1920's Murder Mystery Dinner

My friend Rachel had a Murder Mystery dinner at her home. Some time in the near future I want to host one of these Murder Mystery dinners!! It was the second one I have been to and they are blast!! We dressed up for the roaring 20's. Everyone had a blast! I was also excited to wear a 1920's style dress my mother made for my sisters high school musical.

Witches night out

My Grandma, Aunts, Sisters and cousins have been going out for the annual witches night out at Gardner Village for years and I have never been able to go. I actually went this year. So many Witches in one place!! It was so much fun. 5 of my 8 sisters (yes there are 9 of us)were able to go. We Danced, ate fudge, hung out and went through shops. I wore my Sister Amy's Evil Queen costume (from Snow White) and Amy was Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty. It was cold but we had a good time. I really enjoy hanging out with my Grandma, Aunts and Cousins also.

Painting our Halloween pumkins!

The girls had so much fun painting the pumkins that we got from the Hee Haws Pumkin patch earlier today! Now it is truly starting to feel like halloween time!

Getting into the Halloween Mood!

Halloween window painting!! My first window painting, I have painted a ton of walls but never windows. It was easier than I thought it would be. I just hope removal will be as easy! It took me about 45 minutes to paint both windows.

A beautiful Fall day at HEE HAWS

My friend Jenn and I decided to take our kids to Hee Haws to enjoy this beautiful Fall weather we are having this week. The kids were out of school for UEA weekend so it was a great way to spend one of their vacation days. JayLynn loved the petting zoo, I couldn't get her to leave the cute little animals. Savannah loved the big red neck style slide.

We went on a hay ride to the pumpkin patch to pick pumpkins to paint. We also went on the slide several times, the petting zoo, the spook ally, played in the corn pile and went through the very tiring Corn maze.

Crazy hair Day at School!

Savannah and JayLynn riding their dirtbikes

JayLynn's first time out in the Dirt on her Dirtbike. she did so good. In this video she drives right into the big water puddle. Savannah was a good leader. She would go ahead and lead the way and JayLynn loved following her. When JayLynn would get too far behind Savannah would stop and wait for her to catch up.

Fall Time 4 wheelin'

On Saturday afternoon we took a drive up American fork canyon with our friend Tony Wosnjuk and his 4 boys. We took the rocky trail filled with big boulders up to Forest lake. It is a great 4 wheel drive trail. The fall colors are so beautiful right now!!

We rock!!

Savannah has been learning how to play guitar for a while now. She has been playing riffs here and there and she writes her own music. She has a beautiful singing voice and music comes so natural for her. She looks up to her Daddy who loves to create music as well. He is so excited to teach her new chords and songs on the guitar. This Morning she came down and showed her Daddy that she tuned her own guitar by herself with no tuner she did it by ear!! We are so proud of her. Hannah Montana watch out!!

Training wheels are for sissies not for Ninnies!

Yep!! She's my daughter ;)!!! Well two times out on the 50cc with the training wheels and she wanted them off. JayLynn said to her Daddy "I don't want training wheels!" So Leandro took 'em off. She got it down right away!! We are so proud of her. Leandro can't wait to take her out in the dirt!

Sushi night with Wonderful friends!!

I feel so loved! My wonderful friends Jenn and Judi took me out for sushi last night for a belated birthday present. I was so excited to go out for sushi but I felt bad because Jenn can't eat it because she is pregnant. She got the Mandarin Chicken but she loves sushi so she must really love me, to take me out to feed me something she can't have. It was good to visit with them. We have been so busy and Jenn has been so sick from her pregnancy that we haven't hung out much in the past couple months so it was nice to get together. Thanks Jenn and Judi....LOVE YA!!

Teresa and her beautiful Twins

My Friend Teresa came in from California to visit last week. She just had twins 4 weeks ago, Zak and Zoe. She has two older boys (Gage and Hayden) to help her out. I offered to take pictures of the babies for her. The babies were little angels!! I really enjoyed doing these pictures. They were so content. Teresa your children are so beautiful and I admire your ability to be able to take care of your children and keep it all together! I miss you Teresa!
